Welcome to Coffee Online!
Welcome to Coffee Online! Here I would love to offer you a trip to Guatemala, where you can pick your own beans by hand from the rich volcanic ash, but I just don’t have that kind of budget. Instead, I will to offer a few tips on how to create the best pot of coffee to kick off my welcome to our site.
Grind your own: If you love coffee and want only the best, then I would recommend that you only purchase whole coffee beans. Then when you are ready to make a pot or even a cup of coffee, you only need to grind what you need. This will keep the flavor and aroma in your coffee beans.

Irish coffee is a delicious cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and brown sugar, stirred, and topped with thick cream. The coffee is drunk through the cream and is heavenly to say the least. The original recipe explicitly uses cream that has not been whipped, although whipped cream is often used. Sugar should be [...]

On a recent episode of Bizarre Foods, the host Andrew Zimern, was in Seattle trying different types of coffee, brewed using various methods. Tips for Creating the Perfect Cup:
Storage is important: Whatever you decide to do, whether you keep coffee beans or simply buy ground coffee, how you store it will greatly affect the end result. Use air tight containers and never store your coffee where there are sharp aromas from other foods. The coffee will pick up the taste of the aroma, making it bitter, and you do not want a breakfast onion blend. Also, keep your coffee in a cool place. Many people use the fridge but it doesn’t have to be refrigerated.
The machine: You will want to have a high quality machine to brew your coffee. See our article on what to look for in a coffee maker to learn more.
The water: I have seen people really play around with the water that they use for their coffee. Some people only use the finest spring water available, others use a generic bottled water and others are just fine with tap water. All of them work and the only important element to creating a good cup of coffee is in the temperature you use. You might think that you need to use hot water to make your coffee but, the fact is, you should use cold water. For every degree colder, the water will have more oxygen. The more oxygen, the better the coffee.
And there are some tips to help you brew the best cup of coffee. For more tips and advice, please feel free to browse our site.
