Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine Overview

This video goes into depth on how to use the machine, how the machine is made, and what makes it so special. This is a great video if you are researching on purchasing a new espresso machine and you are not sure which one to purchase. This is also great if you want to know the inner workings of espresso machines.

The video is rather detailed, and talks in great depths over the Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine. This is a great video that really tells you everything you could ever want to know about this espresso machine. After reading lots of rave reviews online, I’m tempted to purchase this one too!

Cold Stone Creamery Sweet Cream

I love Cold Stone Creamery.  I am so sad I do not live close to one anymore.  When I lived in Los Angeles, I would visit my sister in Encino and we would make the quick trip up the street to have ice cream from Cold Stone Creamery.  It was one of my very favorite things to do and we would typically stop in for ice cream once a month.

The thing I love about Cold Stone is the way they cut the ice cream with whatever you want to put in it!  From nuts, to fruits, to candies you are in charge of the ice cream.  My favorite combination was to take cheesecake ice cream (so good!!) and add raspberries to it.  I also really enjoyed their birthday cake ice cream.  Wow, I truly miss Cold Stone!  Anyways, moving on….

Yesterday, while I was visiting the grocery store, I noticed what looked like a mirage.  International Delight has teamed up with Cold Stone Creamery to make a new coffee creamer!  Eeeek, how exciting.  Here is how they describe it:

Oh, I’m excited to try it!  I refrained from buying it yesterday, but I’m sure I’ll pick up a bottle next time at the market.  Yes, please, I would very much like the taste of ice cream in my coffee.

The Slayer Espresso Machine

They also showcased “The Slayer”  which is an amazing espresso maker that retails for around $20,000.  Yes, you read that right, $20,000.  ”The Slayer” was invented by a team of coffee experts that can completely change the taste of any coffee bean.  It amazes me they make several “Slayers” a month and distribute them all over the world for true coffee lovers.  It seems complicated to me, but oh so interesting!

While watching a recent episode of Bizarre Foods, the show covered some of the intriguing coffee offerings of Seattle.  In this episode they stopped in at Seattle Coffee Works.  This shop is known for its coffee cafe & their slow bar also known as the Tasting Room.

The Tasting Room is a place to explore if you have a serious passion for coffee.  It is a place to deepen senses of discovery and to try new things. They strive to make coffee tasting an intriguing and dignified experience.

Perhaps, one of the best things about this video is the music. The song is “I Only Have Eyes For You” by The complexions & The Flamingos. It is such a charming song, that really really makes me envision true love. True love for coffee, perhaps?

I have many friends who swear by Topeca Coffee.  They say it is the most delicious, most satisfying cup of coffee around, and sadly I have not tried it.  Topeca coffee shops are currently located in EL Salvador and Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Their products are also available online.

I did a bit of research and read Topeca Coffee is a family-owned roasting company with over 150 years of experience.  They coffee they produce is El Salvadoran coffee from the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano.  Their motto is to focus on a “seed-to-cup” process.
